Due to the hurricane, the question of "why are these women breastfeeding" is
on all our minds as we see those most tragically affected.

This brought to mind the best book I've read on the subject of why different
classes/cultures in the US, have different attitudes to breastfeeding, and
thus different breastfeeding rates.

I thought I'd re-post a book review I wrote, in case some are interested in
checking it out.
