I've only been a member for a few weeks, so I'm not sure who actually asked
for info for low-income moms, but WIC in Philadelphia, PA produced their own
handouts for many years.  I no longer work for WIC, but their stuff is
public domain.  I have copies of all of the "Breastfeeding News" that we
produced.  Anyone who would like more info can e-mail me privately,

I have really been informed, enlightened, and enriched by the wide variety
