Thank you ladies for your answers. I did fail to mention that we have already worked on the oversupply issue with 4 hour block feedings. She tried posture feeds but did not care for it.

I plan to have have her return to the office for another observation.

As far as her peds goes, she has pretty much decided that she does not care for her and her suggestions and plans to switch to another practitioner in the office who helped her once.
