    This mother obviously has a lot of "issues" that she is contending with.
Psy. has long stated that the issue we do not "deal" with on a conscious
level will come out some other way.... I suspect that the "let-downs" she is
experiencing are tied both to her grieving of her child and her desires for
another...

    Why now and not in the first couple of months... the first couple of
months of grieveing were shock and denial.. as she is able to move on in the
grieving process she is abnle to let out pieces out...

    I think that she does not need hormonal treatments but does need support,
enougagement and safe places to talk and grieve.
