When Dr. Righard showed this film in 1995 at the LLL International conference
someone in the audience asked if this meant we should leave our babies on our
abdomens until they latched on by themselves.

He sort of chuckled in an exasperated way and said he didn't think so.  This
was an interesting situation that came to light within an experimental
protocol and that he thought it was perfectly fine to sweep our babies up into
our arms and offer the breast.
