Unfortunately the mother of twins with complicated and serious malaria induced 
by multidrug-resistant P. falciparum will have to interrupt breastfeeding until 
completion of treatment because artemisinin drug Falcigo Plus is indicated. I 
just send her a mail to pump and dump. :-(

in India wondering about although we have extremely rare and few conditions 
which contraindicates breastfeeding, how many other conditions such as 
incompatible drugs and induced conditions can cause interruption.
