Has anyone run up against the idea the UNICEF and WHO materials are "for poor
people in other countries who don't have all our advantages" and therefore
not applicable?

eeeeh, well, yes, but I prefer to not take to much attention to those remarks.
And, 95% of recommended daily intake is the same for 1st, 2nd or 3dr world chidren, or isn't it?
The 90% I remember to apply to the vit. C content of mother's milk in the seconf year, other nutrients come in the rang between 30 and 50% i think. (Still not having the sheet at hand.)
