Why not add domperidone to the progesterone? This combination, in
addition to estrogen, if she wants, will simulate "pregnancy", as
domperidone increases prolactin. When the baby is born, she can stop
the estrogen and progesterone, and continue on the domeperidone. She
may not have any bleeding at all. Worth a try.
