Thanks for the update on this dyad.  I thought of one more modality that
might be used for this unrelievable engorgement.  I do not think that it is
researched based but I have read of using ultra sound for this type of
engorgement . I have not seen it used , but have read of it (maybe on
Lactnet ) .  Maybe it is the deep heat that would be the cause of relief.
