I don't think there is any increased risk of causing more BCa if you BF
after BCa.  The problems come from how the breast functions after surgery
and radiation damage.  Mom will probably make less and have increased risk
of mastitis because of poor emptying.  Had one mom in  my LLL gp who was
told not to BF on affected side, let it dry up.  She was very stubborn and
BF on affected side anyway for first few mo, then let it dry up because it
wasn't comfortable, she had more plugged ducts and baby got enough from the
