Just to add to Susan Hilton's post on pumps vs. mom, I have always told moms
that no mechanical device is made better than a baby's mouth to get that milk
out of a breast!  I think it reassures them that the amounts they pump are
not necessarily the same as what the baby gets.  I also try to get them to
focus on wet diapers, growth, etc.

Albequerque was a great conference, and the dessert air was sooooo easy to
breathe. I would be glad to send them some of our floods & rains, as they
requested! ;)  Coming home to this heavy, humid air, I feel like I have a
better idea of labored breathing & respiratory distress.
