Perhaps this mom, to be an advocate for herself and others, would be
willing to file a complaint with the NC Dept. of Human Rights as this
request/order was in violation of human rights legislation.  if it was a
federal court, the complaint could also be filed with the US Dept. (maybe
Justice Dept.???) (I'm so embarrassed i don't know, my dh - atty. - is
not here to help me out.).
