Jack Newman discusses nipple vasospasm under Raynaud's phenomenon (Dr Jack
Newman's Guide to Breastfeeding / 2000 / by JN and Teresa Pitman /
p102-104).  He suggests that most vasospasm is a response to injury and
that when the cause of the injury is effectively treated, the vasospasm
will usually resolve (gradually).  So my first thought would be that women
taking fluconazole for thrush are also at risk for vasospasm and the
correlation is not causative.
