I posted last week about accessing information for Dr. Hale's book on my
conference webpage, the address of which was suppossed to be in my signature
line.  However I had turned off the sig. line for some reason.  Here's a
re-try.  Please note there will be new conf. listings this week.  I took a
bit of a break for Thanksgiving, but its back to work today.  If anyone has
year-end changes or new dates, please e-mail or use the How-To-Post page on
the website.
