Ok ... this might not make me very popular but here it is.  In an emergency,
resources are scarce.  Spending tens (and perhaps hundreds) of thousands of
dollars treating 2 premature infants is not a good use of scant resources.
Who is going to explain to the hundreds of mothers whose infants will die
for the want of those of those resources that all the money was spent
treating 2 infants?  One of the realities of aid work that it is not about
saving lives ... it is about minimising mortality.  On this test it looks to
me like the Comfort programme is destined to be a monumental failure.
