I was once denied entrance to a restricted area premie-room, where only
parents, nurses and medical staff were allowed. I was called by the mom to
visit her and her premie-twins for latch-advise/help. I could see the mom
thru the glass-wall and hand-signed that I was not allowed to enter. Then the
mom stormed out of the room, headed for the nurses station and acted like she
is used to in het job (police officer!). Then she came back, walking quitly
and smiling: the nurse *agrees* that we had a misunderstanding and you're
welcome to come in now...

Wishing we had more police-officers as clients :-)
