If this becomes the rage, then here is another reason not to attend
childbirth classes.

 

The TV newscast tonight had a live interview of the parents reacting to this
method of online birthing class teaching.  To me, this seems to be even more
isolating for new parents. No input from other parent couples means they
will walk the company line-the hospital corporate line.  Rather than do any
free thinking of their own or have a disagreement with the birth plan handed
to them, it is a multiple choice pass/fail type of brainwashing.  It was sad
to me that they don't see the pitfalls to them or their baby.
