I recently posted about a woman in her third trimester with Raynaud's Phenomenon of the
nipples.  I received a great response from Lactnetters.  Maybe this is something to look
into in this case?    One thing I learned is that the pain could radiate into the breast
itself and not necessarily be confined to the nipples.  A good place to start is:
