Many people find that supporting the liver helps with skin conditions. Since
the liver filters blood, and it affects the skin, purifying or taking the
stress off the liver can help improve skin quality.

While some of this is off-topic as far as an LC would go, suggestions for
diet improvement might be ok. Decrease/avoid dairy, processed foods, and
other things that tax the liver. Jennifer Tow would probably have good
suggestions for supplements such as milk thistle or dandelion (which I know
about, but don't know enough to share with others!)

Best wishes,
Sam Doak
