     How about holding the baby facing OUT, while walking around.  Often,
feeding the baby in this non-feeding positioning will work.  Maybe because
while the baby is being walked around (outside especially works great!), he
can save face and pretend he's not really taking it---just looking around.;-)
     Have they tried a sip cup?
