Hello!

THANKS to everyone who's mailed their Lactnet T-shirt orders or
notified me by e-mail that their order is on its way. Just wanted to
mention that approx. 62 of you expressed a desire for a T-shirt last
winter when we took a poll. So far I've heard from only 20 folks;
I hope no one is missing out on the "How to order" posts. It's NOT to
late to send your order! If you know of a subscriber who might want a
shirt but has been on NOMAIL, please share the ordering instructions
with them immediately.

Please consider that you can use your T-shirts as a marketing tool just
like the big companies use them. You know, companies like Calvin Klein,
Coca Cola, Disney, etc. These companies get consumers to PAY for
merchandise that will in turn advertise the companies. Wearing your
Lactnet shirt outside of breastfeeding events will generate some public
curiosity and motivate some strangers to ask you what LACTNET is. Aha,
an opportunity to describe what a lactation consultant does and PLANT
SEEDS! I know from experience with my own line of breastfeeding/logo
T-shirts that this happens.

Kathleen and Kathleen will not offer the Lactnet shirts again this
year. Soo...
