PTP working with an intended mother who will have a baby in May via surrogate.  She has hx of being able to make some milk after the loss of her twins.. Her preferred method is to take BCPills (which she has been on already) and has started goats rue. Then will begin pumping end of March... her question is regards to taking the BCPills.  Does she take them like normal with sugars and all? And when she stops does she stop and the end of a cycle or suddenly in the middle of taking BCPills before the sugar pills? My initial thought would be to finish off a month and then just start pumping but I wanted to confirm this and get your thoughts.  Also she is currently take an estrogen/progesterone BCP, does that matter? Should it be progesterone only? She’s a bit hesitant to change what she’s already been taking. TIA!!
