I agree with Marie's post that "holding off the nurses till the LC arrives"
does not always help the breastfeeding dyad. Sure, there are plenty of staff
nurses who are poor resources and worse, however, I have worked with many who
were excellent as well. I prefer not to lump everyone into one category .
