I am friends with a lawyer, and I will be consulting him on the matter. I want to know if there are any legal cases before this one... His wife breastfed and he is very much a BF supporter, also, there was a Legislative/Legal discussion at the ABM, I will be contacting the lawyer that spoke there as well. I think we should all be reminded that the BABY needs an ADVOCATE.. LCs are the baby's advocates here. Did anyone think about it being harmful to the baby to ingest formula? I want to know what they do for mothers in the prison system when they want to BF..also, this mother should be allowed to pump and supply the breastmilk if nothing else. This case has me fired up!
