Question for the Wise Ones:
 
Mom with 7 week old twins, just prescribed the above drug for symptoms of  
endometriosis. Called me before starting. I shared with her:  Hale says  watch 
for drop in milk supply,  she said OB said no problems to watch out  for. I 
have a special concern since babies have laryngomalacia and are doing  well with 
mom's nice supply, but may have an especially hard time with feeding  energy 
requirements and breathing if supply drops.
 
Any comments/suggestions would be most appreciated.
