Hi,
I know I've mentioned this before, but it is happening again.
Lately there are been far too many overlong posts because entire old Lactnet
Digests have been included with the message.  It would be courteous to all
if Lactnetters delete all except a short summary from the post they want to
reply to.  Some recent posts have even included repeats of instructions on
how to use Lactnet, along with old posts not relevant to the comment being
made.
It would save time for all, if extraneous material were not included when
posting.
