Just to update you all on the issue regarding the irrate pediatrician
and the tongue-tied baby; today we received an official letter from this
MD and his 6 partners stating that, "at no time during a consultation
can you mention the issue of tongue-tied or suggest the idea of a
frenulectomy. There are under no circumstances to be any exceptions to
this rule." CAN HE DO THIS??? He(they) are not our employers, we have
no contract with them. I feel this is professionally and ethically
wrong. At this point, my supervisor is releived that this is the worst
of it, (understandably). By the way, mom is pumping and bottle feeding
still, baby only gets about 1oz. from the breast after much effort.
