Do families have access to emergent or urgent care like emergency rooms we 
have here in U.S. It certainly sounds like this baby should be taken to an 
emergency room for evaluation and often the baby can get right into the 
'system' instead of waiting weeks for an appointment with someone who could 
help. I certainly agree that the baby should see the regular pediatrician if 
the emergency visit is not feasible (or affordable).
I don't remember the age of the baby or the particulars, but there is the 
possibility that the baby has some sort of disorder such as a hernia or some 
bowel problem like a malrotation or something that is worsening.
