Thanks for the quick response!  When my client showed me the "Milk
Thistle", I assumed it was probably blessed thistle but wanted some
expert advice.  I'll check the Latin!

Thank you so much.  You provide such good info and viable options for
moms.  My "client" is also my "student" which is probably why she is
under so much stress (from school I me, of course not from me!).
