so interesting that this was raised.. i am convinced that my daughter was intolerant to beef (as well as milk) from my breastmilk when she was a newborn... and i had to completely cut it out of my diet...

everyone (even my very open minded homeopath) thought i was mad.... but it made sense to me... i grew up in Japan and the Japanese used to bemoan the stinky westerners.. not because we didn't bathe but because we ate beef and dairy products and made us smell (a smell that only a non-beef eating person could detect i guess) so i thought well... since breasts are modified sweat glands and milk is modified sweat.. it makes sense that it could enter my milk and trigger a response in my infant...

would love to see more on subject..
