Well, yes we did discuss this before, but I'm willing to revisit it at least
a little.

What I've learned about filing since last time we discussed this is that
general, broad categories [for me] are better than getting too specific.
It's easier for me to sort through a folder with 20 jaundice articles than
it is to remember (and find) 7 jaundice-related folders with 2-4 articles in
each. Besides that, I often find an article or two that I wasn't thinking of
that has what I need as well.

{I also use the "I have that article here somewhere" method mentioned
earlier}

My question for the masses: If you receive journals JAMA, Lancet, etc., that
have breastfeeding articles that you want to keep, do  you keep the whole
journal or just tear out the pages you need?
