This is so interesting: your client would feel "more feminine" by
producing milk. When I think of all these "real women" disgusted at the
very idea of producing "that stuff"...  Makes them feel like cows, they
say.  Only for that, instead of the "what, are you crazy" you seemed to
expect, I say "more power to you"!
