   there are a number of good references now available.... there was an issue
of the Journal of Human Lactation devoted to tongue tie.... 6(3) 1990....
possibly one of the lc's has this back issue and would be willing to lend it
to you..... Allison Hazelbaker wrote her thesis through the Lactation
Institute on tongue tie... in it she detail assessment and gives you the
tools for same...availble from the institute: 16430 Ventura Blvd Suite 303
Encino Ca 91436. Dr. Jain from Canada spoke at the ILCA Confernence. She
presented with a video that is now available... she has discussed on line but
I do not have the digest date  readily available....if noone else offers this
informaiton I will retirve it for you .....
