Christy,
I have had moms who, with every new galactogogue, would feel fuller, but would see no more milk. In
some of these cases, syntocinon nasal spray was the solution.

"Has anyone had any experience with "no milk" on Day 10 postpartum? First
baby, great latch and LOTS of stimulation since birth, no history of breast
surgery & development history completely normal (including normal pregnancy
changes), placenta normal on examination at birth (follow-up ultrasound has
been ordered). Compressions yield barely a drop.Taking blessed thistle &
fennugreek since Day 3. Currently formula-feeding by SNS (at breast) due to
weight loss, feeds followed by pumping. Referral to LC, all of us perplexed.
Now has Rx for domperidone.

Any ideas or experiences?

Thanks,
Christy
