Hi all,

Several years ago I addressed the issues of wrong milk being given to wrong
baby with my supervisor and thought the information had been added to our
policy.  Now I find out it wasn't.  Since the information I have is several
years old I am wondering if anyone has a policy on this subject they would
share?
