I don't know what island this is on, but my daughter and her family has  
moved to Lihue Kauai. She isn't credentialed but can help with the basics ( and  
with common problems) and provide support. She hasn't found any families on the 
 island with a 2-3 year old for Hunter to have friends with, there isn't a 
LLL  there, so they are a bit lonely. But otherwise loving it, and having a 
grand  adventure while granddaddy and Nana are miserable without the grandson--and 
 Stacy too.
IF this is the same island, I can sent a private email with her phone  number.
