It's also not just a physician problem, but involves lots of people close
to the mother or making decisions for her care:  family, peers, nurses,
nurse managers, educators, hospital administrators, etc, etc, etc... I
think the study and work  of professionals as Leslie mentions will help the
*cause*.  And having wonderful professionals in the field as are on this
list helps spread the word and the passion!  Horray for us all!
