My point was: we don't want to cram so much stuff onto
breastfeeding mothers about what they eat that they decide it isn't worth
the trouble to breastfeed.

Dear Friends:
I wonder if "cramming so much stuff" in general is a reason the
breastfeeding class of the childbirth series has fewer couples than the first few
classes. Think about it for a minute. Do bottle-feeding mothers take a
bottle-feeding class? No. However, there is a breastfeeding class. So which method of
infant feeding looks easier?
The notion of having a class about infant feeding the same night as the
tour sounds appealing as a bit of a manipulation to keep the class attendance
high, at least in the States.
