I have a client who began taking Domperidone for decreased milk supply  just before the holidays.  She just found out she's pregnant and is still nursing a 7 month old.  She had great increase in supply with Domperidone, but discontinued it when she found out she was pregnant.  She has noticed a significant decrease in her supply and would like to continue the med.  I read a post in the archives by Dr. Jack Newman where he advised not using while pregnant, but she is wondering if anyone has any further comments or experience with anyone that used it while pregnant.
