Every medication has potential side effects.  Not to put too fine a point on
it, there isn't a drug out there that hasn't killed someone.  When I was
doing general pediatrics, we used cefaclor a lot.  I saw one or two cases in
10 years of working full time in the emergency of a tertiary care pediatric
hospital.
