Judy,
I'm glad that you read the book, and almost "books"! It is important that
you see the written word and contrast it with what you will be hearing.
Pay special attention to the questions that are asked and the view of the
child that is presented! Pay attention to the quality of the relationship
if you have that opportunity. The time that I heard Mr. Ezzo speak, I
noted the many parent-testimonies, and how the parents laughed about the
crying babies and how hard it was to walk away from them. Document what
you hear, whatever that may be.

IMHO, a worthy approach might be that of the "professional". AFter you
have had a chance to listen to the person first hand, and after having
read the material and had a chance to compare, contrast and draw some
conclusions, you might consider sitting down and writing this all up.
Those health professionals who do attend most likely will not have all of
the info and insight that you do, and you might be able to put *your*
wisdom to good use by sending out a letter after the talk to your local
HP's, especially those who attended, stating your conclusions and
concerns. If you have done more "homework" than they have and have
information on consequences of the curriculum, they might be primed to
hear what you have to say now, more than any other time. These HP's, in
turn, will hopefully be able to share that with their patients, and thus
through the trickle down effect you can reach parents indirectly who
might not be open to hearing you straight on.

I'm anxious to hear your report, and what you decide to do; please let us
know both!

-Lisa
