Oh really?  The picture illustrating this text 
shows a baby who is *not* in a breastfeeding 
position and doesn't even look comfortably 
positioned for the device!  The caregiver does 
not look comfortable either.  In fact they look 
like they both wish they were just using a bottle.

The only positive feature I can discern is that 
you can't prop this thing in a baby's mouth like 
people do with bottles.
