As one who actually did study the theories of evolution in some depth (albeit quite a while ago), it does not happen in the couple of generations we've been bottle feeding unless there is some sort of catastrophic event that causes massive die offs of a particular species.  A couple of thousand years is considered relatively fast.  What made the most sense to me was someone, perhaps Rachel Myr, postulating that the frequent baby wearing and feeding that used to happen and still does in some cultures, may have compensated for some anatomical variations.  In other cases, which infant mortality rates at 100+ per 1000, those who were feeding poorly due to anatomical restrictions may not have been noticed.
