I concur with the prior poster who said use one or the other but not
together. I recently gave a talk on nipple damage and healing.
I don't have the citations in front of me, but that was the consensus.
It seems that perhaps lanolin would be a first line treatment, and hydrogel
would be a more advanced treatment.
