How are you calculating the time? Is there 1.5 hrs from the beginning of the feed or the end? If it is from the beginning, it is a little close, but at 5 weeks, she is coming up on a growth spurt so maybe the baby is just eating more until the growing slows.

Regarding the small amount of poops...a lot of babies poop in lesser amounts, as long as the baby is gaining and the stool is soft, it doesn't sound like an issue. Lastly, the spit up (as long as baby isn't in pain) also sounds pretty normal. If baby is losing weight or arching then I would think reflux, but otherwise, "it is a laundry issue, not a health issue."

Hopefully, it is just normal occurances and the mother is just being a concerned parent. If she is really struggling with the fatigue, maybe she should consider the "dangerous" habit of laying down to nurse :).
