Hi, Arly,
        Did I read your post correctly that you make less than an RN??  If I
read your credentials correctly you are  master's prepared with IBCLC
credentials--and paid LESS than an RN who may or may not have a BA/BS?  Why
would a master's prepared specialist be paid less than RN staff?  I am really
confused and hoping that I misunderstood your post.
