A month or so ago I wrote about a client's husband w/ a breast lump.  It's
been diagnosed as "gynecomastia" - plain old male breast development - of
unknown cause.  No one seems concerned;  dr said it can be removed if it
keeps growing or is sore to the point of being a problem for him.
Apparently unilateral male breast development isn't all that rare, even in
the absence of obvious hormonal imbalance.  But it was new to me.
