I think  all of these are important, especially last one re: holding off
'challenging' him at all.  I've found babies will sort of forget after a
while why they were so mad in the first place.

After a week or two try finger feeding again or breast with shield.  She
will probably need to keep supplementing stimulation by pumping for a long
while once supply builds back up, even if he goes back to breast.

I'd investigate the idea of reflux further.  Do they use Zantac or Reglan
for babies in your area?  Pat in SNJ
