Ruth Cantrill commented on the copyright date for this book and I wanted to
reassure her that 2004 is correct.
It's common practice for publishers to use the following year when a book is
published after 30 June.

I also checked with Jones and Bartlett..  and that's the reason - this title
was published 18 July 2003.
