Hi,

One of the list moms was kind enough to share with me that I should use
"plain text" rather than HTML when posting to Lactnet. While I have been
making every effort to remember to turn off the HTML I have also been
watching other posts. Is that why posts show up with "20", "= signs" and I
think sometimes "AO" in the message?

Thanks for the info.

Royce
